Our Mission
Cornerstone Leadership Academy exists to provide an exceptional academic education rooted in the Word of God.
Legacy Night is Cornerstone Leadership Academy’s signature fundraising event, bringing our community together to celebrate and invest in the next generation of Christ-centered leaders.
Through sponsorships, donations, and partnerships, Legacy Night directly supports CLA’s mission by providing students with a strong academic foundation rooted in
faith, wisdom, and character.
Friday, March 13, 2026 | 6:00 p.m.
Legacy Night will feature a gourmet catered meal, raffles, a silent auction, and a spirited live auction. As we prepare for 2026–2027 enrollment opening February 1, Legacy Night helps sustain the continued growth of CLA.
Three meaningful ways you can support:
- PRAY: For wisdom, provision, and a lasting impact through Legacy Night.
- BECOME a sponsor: Choose a sponsorship level that fits your vision.
- DONATE auction and raffle items: Contribute items to generate additional support during the event.
Discover CLA
A Christ-centered, one-room school where children learn deeply, grow in character, and build real-world skills.
Faith & Character
Every subject is rooted in Scripture. Students practice responsibility, service, and leadership within a close-knit, mixed-age community.
Strong Academics
Morning core: language arts, math, science, history. We teach for mastery with individual attention so students move their own pace.
Real-World Learning
Afternoons: life skills, projects, agrarian work, and enrichment. Activities align with principles being taught in the core subjects to deepen understanding.
Our Approach
A one-room school rooted in the Word of God, empowering students through rigorous academics and real-life learning.
One-Room School Model
Cornerstone Leadership Academy follows a one-room school model where students of all ages learn and grow together like family. This time-tested model formed America’s early leaders, teaching academics and character, responsibility, and collaboration.
Older students deepen their understanding by helping younger peers, while younger students are inspired by older role models. Lessons are coordinated across subjects to demonstrate the hand of God in history, science, language arts, and math, cultivating a Biblical worldview and challenging each child at their level.
How We Teach
We teach from a Biblical worldview using rigorous, effective curriculum. Students move at their own pace with individualized attention, honoring the way God designed each child.
- Mornings: language arts, math, science, history
- Afternoons: life skills, hands-on projects, agrarian skills, enrichment (with core subjects reinforced)
This approach builds responsibility, work ethic, critical thinking, collaboration, problem-solving, and leadership.
Curriculum
My Father’s World blends Charlotte Mason, classical education, and unit studies for a rigorous, Scripture-rich program with God’s truth woven through every subject.
Stern Mathematics is a proven manipulative-based curriculum (since the 1920s) that develops number sense and deep conceptual understanding through multi-sensory, hands-on learning.
Afternoons focus on real-life learning. Students learn skills through projects, field trips, and guest speakers to reinforce principles taught in the morning.
